Sun Lee, Yeolim Yang
On the left is Blue Night by artist Lee Hae. Lee enjoys taking evening walks with their mother and gazing at the night sky, and loves to express the calmness and warmth that the night brings through art.
On the right is Cabin in the Forest by student Yang Yeolim. The small house shown in the lower right of Lee’s work was enlarged and reimagined here. Through this scene, the artist posed the question, “What kind of story might be unfolding in there?” and hoped viewers would be inspired to wonder the same.
왼쪽 작품은 이해 작가의 ‘푸른밤’입니다. 이해 작가는 어머니와 함께 밤산책을 하며 하늘을 바라보는 것을 즐기는 작가로, 밤이 주는 평온함과 포근함을 작품으로 표현하는 것을 좋아한다고 합니다.오른쪽 작품은 양여림 학생의 ‘숲 속 오두막’입니다. 오른쪽 아래에 그려진 작은 집을 확대해 표현한 것이 바로 이 작품입니다. 작가는 이 장면을 통해 ‘그 안에는 어떤 이야기가 있을까?’라는 질문을 던졌고, 이러한 상상을 관람자들도 함께 해주기를 바랐습니다.
